Use this free software from AppliedBiosystems to perform DNA fragment analysis; separate a mixture of DNA fragments according to their sizes, provide a profile of the separation, and precisely calculate the sizes of the fragments. The software allows you to view, edit, analyze, print, and export fragment analysis data generated using the Applied Biosystems Genetic Analyzers.

GENOTYPER SOFTWARE

We will email the completed data files to your lab or transfer them to discs you provide. Large scale users can purchase a personal copy of the Genotyper license for approximately $1500. This license is purchased as an add-on the DNA lab license, so contact the DNA lab BEFORE ordering or it will cost $5000. Technical assistance for the software will come directly from ABI.
