DNA Sequencing Services

Notice to all DNA Sequencing customers:

As you probably have noticed, we recently upgraded our DNA sequencing equipment to give you longer and clearer read lengths of your DNA. In order to accommodate this improvement and streamline our sample preparation procedures, we must change our sample submission criteria.

• All submissions in excess of 4 samples must be in connected 0.2 ml strip-tubes.
• If you have a full plate of samples (95 + one empty for our control) they can be submitted in non-skirted 96 well plates.
  

You can obtain these tubes and plates free in our lab. (Please only take just what you need for sequence submissions.) If you are not located in Piscataway we can send them to you via campus mail.

Failure to provide samples in the proper, requested format will result in a “Wrong tube Fee” of $1.00/sample.
