SUBMITTING DNA SEQUENCING SAMPLES

If you are submitting your first sample, please contact the lab for assistance.

We request all of our customers submit sequencing samples containing:

• the template, primer, and water
• already combined into a .2 ml tube (available at the Core Facility for no charge)
• in 6 ul total volume. (Total reaction volume must be 6 UL)
• a DNA sequencing form (Word) (PDF)

Please bring samples and form to the DNA Core Facility located in room CB09 (basement), RWJMS Research Tower, Piscataway, NJ

An "in-box" is located on the Facility door for 24 hour sample drop-off.

Alternativley, samples can be sent to the DNA Core Facility via intercampus mail or FedEx.

If your lab is located in New Brunswick you can still send us your sequencing samples and have them arrive the SAME day without coming to Piscataway ! Try the SAME DAY/NEXT DAY RWJMS COURIER SERVICE to the DNA Core Facility.
