Disapproved
The study does not meet the regulatory and/or ethical standards for the conduct of research involving human subjects. The applicant will receive a debriefing letter describing the issues addressed with the protocol. A protocol that is disapproved must have substantive changes that adequately address the reasons for disapproval before it will be considered for re-review.
