Protocol Status
Once you submit your application it will be assigned to its appropriate team for review at that board meeting. In order for us to ensure a timely review, your application must be received before the submission deadline for that team.
Once your protocol has been received it will be reviewed and one of the following decisions will be recommended:
 Approved
Approvable with re-review by the chair or his designee
Approvable with re-review by the sub-committee
Approvable with re-review by the full board
Tabled
Disapproved
Terminated
