Because this is also serving as new student orientation activity,
professors in the Joint BioSciences program reserve poster boards
through Carolyn Ambrose. Since most faculty are eager to participate and lure new students
to their labs, there is a limit of one poster board per lab.
I will be contacting participating labs to encourage STUDENT posters only, and to
solicit abstracts for those who want to particpate in the judging. The abstract deadline
is July 15.
