Institute (EOHSI) Specific Instructions for courses during the months of September through April: Each student attending will receive a Rutgers University parking hang tag that will be good for the duration of the course. The lot where we have been granted permission to park during the academic school year is at Rutgers Stadium, in the Stadium West Lot on Busch Campus. After 7:00 pm, the "B" bus runs every 15 minutes. If you have to take the "B" bus, tell the driver you need to be dropped off at the Stadium West Lot.
