Benefits: This course trains participants in the technical, administrative, and practical aspects of a respiratory protection program. Hands-on workshops and demonstrations include respirator selection, fit-testing, air purifying respirators, air-supplied respirators and self-contained breathing apparatus. Additionally, the OSHA respiratory standard is covered.
Intended Audience: This course is designed to meet the needs of occupational health nurses, industrial hygienists, physicians, safety professionals and others responsible for establishing or modifying respiratory protection programs.
