Benefits: This course uses small groups, demonstrations, lectures, audiovisual instruction and individual practice to provide students with the skills to administer spirometry testing in the occupational setting or elsewhere.

A three-part examination (written, practical and calculations) will be given to verify competency. Certificates will be given for successful completion with a grade of 70% or better in each part of the exam. Additional tutoring and exam retake fee is $375.
Intended Audience: Occupational health nurses, physicians, safety professionals, health technicians or other personnel involved in the performance and/or interpretation or spirometry.
