Benefits: This five day course presents the legal and technical issues and obligations of lead inspection and risk assessment. Through lectures, discussions, demonstrations of modern XRF technology and hands-on experience, the focus is on sate-of-the-art methods for determining lead in paint, soil and dust.  Course materials include HUD Guidelines, US EPA-approved curriculum and Federal and New Jersey regulations.
