Benefits: In this four-day course, participants become familiar with safe, effective and efficient abatement methods and procedures.  The foucs is on the needs to f the supervisor or contractor.  Provides a three-year certification that is valid for US EPA Region 2 in the State of New York ONLY.

Prerequisite:  One year of experience as a certified lead-based paint abatement worker or at least tow years of experience in the building trades or a related field (lead, asbestos, environmental remediation).

Intended Audience: General contractors and workers, lead-based paint abatement supervisors and contractors, building and property owners, public housing authority officials, environmental and occupational health consultants, industrial hygienists, safety professionals, and those responsible for the safety and health of building occupants and workers.
