Clemant A. Maccia, M.D.

The Peds ID Allergy Clinic, located in the Ambulatory Care Building, Suite I offers patients state of the art allergy consultation, testing, and follow-up. Dr. Maccia is a Visiting Professor for Pfizer, lecturing around the country on Allergies. Board certified in Pediatrics and Allergy, Dr. Maccia brings his expertise to the division on Tuesday afternoons from 1 - 4:30 pm.

Services

Consultation - outpatient and inpatient consultation services
Outpatient Allergy Testing is offered to patients who present with allergic symptoms. Testing includes scratch and intradermal testing for many allergens, a few of which are listed below:

Grass

Trees

Molds

Food

Animal Dander

Dust

Management of symptoms is accomplished through medication and desensitization.
Long term follow up is offered to patients with ongoing allergic symptoms.
