
The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) is the largest health sciences university in the United States. It is composed of the following seven schools: New Jersey Medical School, New Jersey Dental School, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, the School of Health Related Professions, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, the School of Osteopathic Medicine, and the School of Nursing. Collectively, as the University, these schools serve the threefold mission of providing health care education, service and research for the citizens of the state of New Jersey. Clinical campuses are located in the cities of Newark, New Brunswick, and Camden. Faculty and students come from all parts of the nation and the world and represent an outstanding body of expertise in the health sciences.
