Step 1. Research Our School

Policies, CIR (union), Benefits and salary information. |
Step 2. Submit an ERAS Application
Please send us a completed application through the Electronic Residency Application Service of the Association of American Medical Colleges.

What
is needed to complete the application?
We
need the following materials in order to complete your application:
- Application
- Personal
statement
- Curriculum
vitae
- USMLE
scores
- Dean's
Letter and medical school transcripts
- Three
letters of recommendation with one of the letters from your internship
or current residency director, if applying as a physician candidate.

Step 3. Receive an Invitation for a Personal Interview
After
review of the submitted applications, selected applicants are invited
to visit our program and personally meet with members of our Resident
Selection Committee composed of the Program Director, Faculty, Residents
and Program Coordinator. Once you are invited for an interview,
you will receive a letter explaining the Interview Day Schedule.

Step 4. Participate
in "The Match"

Submit
your Rank Order List to the National
Residency Matching Program electronically via the Web using the Rank
Order List and Input Confirmation (ROLIC) System. In the third week
of March, the results of the Match are announced.

Step 5. Contact
the Office
Matched
applicants should contact the Residency office and notify the residency
coordinator as to the whereabouts of their Transitional or Preliminary year. The Coordinator will contact you in January following the match to start
paperwork for your Residency starting in July. A one day general
orientation usually begins on June 30th.
